Harley dealership jump-starts rally By Steve Miller, Journal Staff Writer RAPID CITY — Black Hills Harley-Davidson has its own rally now, and it's drawing crowds that approach those for the whole Sturgis rally 20 years ago. The trade show at the Rapid City dealership begins today. If the event is similar to those of the past couple of years, it will pull in an estimated 60,000 to 80,000 people over the next 12 days, according to co-owner Al Rieman.
