To better understand the customer’s current and emerging packaging needs, NJM/CLI worked with them to identify what worked well on the original line, which functions needed to be changed, and what needed to be eliminated to create complete packaging lines. Although the two companies have worked together on turnkey lines in the past, it was immediately apparent to both that this project's aggressive timelines and space constraints called for a more creative solution, including equipment from additional vendors for these complete packaging lines.
